Terms and conditions Registration Fees is NON REFUNDABLE. Amount paid by clients towards registration fees is exclusively charged just for listing of membership on our platform (space provided on our website clubresale.com) and does not gaurantee sale of membership. Clubresale registration fees paid by Buyer towards purchasing a membership or paid by Seller towards listing their membership stands non refundable. All listings of memberships will be live on clubresale.com for the maximum period of One Year. You will have the option to resubmit the Ad free of cost for next year. Clubresale.com has just created a platform for buyers & sellers to buy or sell their membership & do not take part in transactions of money other than their registration fees. All transfers will be as per the norms of that company/clubs from which the membership is owned by that seller. All registration fees will be in favor of clubresale.com. We shall not be responsible if the buyer selects the membership & do not make the necessary payments to the seller. We shall not be responsible if the seller registers himself & do not wish to sell his membership. Clubresale.com just verifies membership certificates of the seller once they register with us (only if seller shares their certificate with us), so balance number of weeks/days of seller displayed on our website may vary at the time of transfer. Seller may claim 'X' number of weeks/days but will get paid by buyer at the registered club/company office after checking balance weeks/days which he will be able to use. Buyer shall check the summary provided by the club/company at the time of transfer & pay as per the weeks/days which he can utilize. Clubresale.com shall whatsoever not take part in any money transactions between both the parties at the time of transfer or in future. Clubresale.com shall not be responsible if either of parties have paid some extra or lesser amount at the time of transfer, such transactions can be dealt mutually by both the parties. (Clubresale.com shall not entertain any or such claims by either of the parties). All claims, matters and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only. These Terms and Conditions and/or the operations with the customer shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and no other nation. The customer/clubs and the Clubresale.com agree to submit to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts located in Mumbai, India as regards any claims or matters arising under these Terms and conditions. The company accepts no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than the Republic of India. All registration fees include GST of 18% as levied by the Government of India.
